  • Multiple overlapping detection zones and detection lines.  
  • Object counting for determining traffic flows, stopping and dwell patterns.     
  • Camera shake stabilisation – corrects camera sway on the video output stream.   
  • Detection behaviour is defined by a range of filters configured for each zone. Typical filters apply to object direction, stopping, loitering, size and speed. Filters also look for objects entering, exiting, emerging or disappearing in a zone.      
  • Open API with three levels of output: 1) Alarm events 2) Zone statistics such as counts and flow rates 3) Full meta-data for post-event forensic analysis (XML format data).   
  • DM6446 loading < 25% CPU loading and < 16 Mbyte memory usage. Easily runs in parallel with encoder and other DSP functions.    
  • Supports 3D scene perspective and automatically discriminates between human and vehicle objects while rejecting others.    
  • Rapid 'learning time' of ~ 2 seconds. Can be used with PTZ cameras - detection is suppressed during camera movement.   
  • VCAsysPC – Windows compatible Visual C library for PC based central server systems.
